ABSA Non-Customer Service!!

Shocking customer service at the ABSA branch in Shelly Beach. Long queues, only have one Customer Services Consultant working, most customers leaving the branch without being served, and extremely unhappy after sitting on average for 45-60 minutes. Private Wealth/Banking clients forced to sit in long queues just to do simple banking transactions to link bank accounts onto electronic banking profile. Extremely poor!!
