Absa ****mers

Absa kerps sending sms to add a beneficiary. When i queried ABSA LIFE by email and gave my id and asked what is the polucy nr they rep**** by saying its insurance on an overdraft. I went into the bank to query about this and they said i must phone Absa life. When i phoned absa life they said i must open my banking app while theyre holding. I refused. Then he said he will ask some security questions, ie if any of my contacts has this following phone nrs ****** i said i dont kniw all my cobtact nrs off by heart. Then he said i fail the security check. And he cant helo me. This sounds very mych like a ****mer.
