Absa Life policy
I called absa life in July to cancel the policy spoke to kgomotso who sent me the cancellation letter and assured me the policy has been cancelled...come end of August I was debited I called again spoke to the same guy he told me he cancelled the policy when I requested a cancellation letter he told me it will be sent to me but I never received anything....again this month I was debited ....I have been with absa like for more than 10 years now that I want to cancell due to personal reasons they refusing .... I think this a **** and some sort of *****
