ABSA LIFE - NEVER TAKE OUT AN INSURANCE WITH THEM - LIFE AND PROPERTY!

ABSA is not working the last few months. We app**** for a life claim on 2 of my credit cards that is about 20 years old... That say,,,, the premiums pay for the insurance is paid every month. Now that I need a bit of help from them... my company closed 5 years again and I was working for my self on a small scale. They dont accept that and wants doccuments that I cannot provide ,, They want a letter from accountant that is not going to give me because he does not do my files any more.... the bankstatements i did send them., Now they dont want to pay my claim. I they go through my bank statements they can see that my expenses is far more than my income the last few months.. They just want to take you money but there is nothing of a bank that will stand by you .... THAT IS A BIG LIE.. i JUST NEED SOME HELP FOR A FEW MONTHS I will never recommend them to any one.. for the 40years that we we with them... i am very disappointed !!!!!!!
