Absa Life & Absa home loans

Good day,

I have a life policy with Absa Life that I have requested to cancel more than a month ago. After numerous calls, emails, documents send, complaints made going to Absa bank five times and follow up phone calls I still haven't been helped.I called Absa home loans last year and i was informed that my bond has been paid in full. Absa home loans won't release the life insurance documents as its attached to the bond, and they are now saying I have a balance of about R6000. This balance is from life insurance that I have been trying to cancel. Absa Life is saying you don't owe us anything as you pay a year in advance. I'm being sent back and forward by Absa home loans and Absa Life. Really frustrating and unacceptable that no one knows what to do.
