absa is failing us

I have requested a will execution from the 20nth of march,i haven't received any feedback or update.i went to absa siyabuswa mall but didn't get any help.i called the absa will depaetment and spoke to a lady called tshepiso but still cant get any update or help.absa has failed us a family because our family business is at risk because of this.
