Absa is disgusting.

Absa is absolutely disgusting. I called yesterday about insurance and was put through to 5 people I spent 45 mins on hold .the security question is very bad. The supervisor Premrose Khumalo very rude and don't give you a chance to speak. This morning I called and their consultants keep cutting your called.....it's so disgusting the way absa treat customer. No wonder why they rating is the way it is.
