Absa is a ****! Worst service in history

Getting this insurance has to be one of the biggest mistakes of my life. I regret leaving my previous insurance. Outsurance is absolutely tops. Infact I only left them because of affordability at the time but if peace of mind and professionalism has to come a little pricier, I'm going back. To think of it even my worst previous insurers have not been as bad as Absa idirect. I've always praised Absa as a bank because of their products and services in the past and was so impressed. But I promise you this insurance and service makes you question the entire entity. I find it incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional that so called claims or service request cannot seemingly be processed as it should but they never make a mistake of missing a debit on my account. All the good encounters I've had with this entity are down the toilet. Absa is not ever going to be a consideration for future products and services of any kind, I'm cutting all ties. Absolute *******. Very disappointed.
