Absa is a good bank not a good insurance company.
Our company have a portfolio of properties with insurance at absa. We had damage on one residential unit and absa failed to send out assessor as the property is in a remote town that resulted in us struggling to finalize claim. We are struggling from end of Jan 24 to get this finalized but still no end in site.
I would not advise insuring property with absa.
