Most useless insurance company ever. I insured my car through Absa Idirect. I was insured through them for a year without claiming? Now I just get an email stating that my premium will increase the value of my car is less as the value depreciates every year so they will payout? Then you attempt to cancel the policy by sending them your policy NO THAT'S NOT GOOD ENOUGH you must do it telephonically LOL EVERY TIME YOU PHONE YOU GET CUT OFF!!!!
