ABSA insure - super useless service!!!!!!!

Claim reported on 16 Feb 2022. assessor sent out to assess the damage caused by storms. After 1st assessor sent out to have a look and report back to ABSA, the assessors report was discarded as ABSA does not trust his report, Why do ABSA have contractors/suppliers/service providers on their books/lists that they do not trust??

After this the ABSA employees said they will be sending out a structural engineer to assess the damage. only to find out a week and a half later that the ABSA employee failed to contact any engineer? after a phone call to ABSA once again an apparent structural Engineer was appointed. only to find out once again that they did not appoint a structural engineer, but another loss adjuster??

Are all ABSA employees really that ***********?????????

ABSA was given a deadline for sorting this matter out today, yet they are failing once more to keep to a deadline they agreed to.
