Absa Insure App us a ****** show!!
Took out vehicle insurance. Absa requests client to upload pictures of vehicle as assessment. However after an hour on their defective apps, a visit to the branch were staff had no idea such a system even exists, time off work, airtime etc, I must add that this ordeal has by far been the worst experience I have ever experienced from an insurer. With even their systems going offline and not available to persue same.

I'll leave this on HP for people to know there are major cost and time consuming effort, not called for, incurred by the client. Which shouldn't go and happen. You improve the system based on my personal requirements thereof, and id consider taking down this post.
