ABSA Insurance/motor warranty ****

So ABSA have a vehicle warranty plan/offering… they then have another company manage that for them…… This company then goes onto dispute a senior Mercedes Benz Specialists findings and they have a person who claims to be a qualified Merc technician working in their call centre…. What’s worse is when you contest them repudiating your claim, they refer back to the people who rejected it….. I am now insisting that they send a claims assesor out to do an inspection because this truly ******s belief….
