ABSA Insurance, Wrong address after 25-Years
I would not recommend ABSA Insurance to anybody wishing to insure their home, here's why. I logged a claim on 6th February 2022 when after a massive storm the roof started to leak at one particular spot. When I logged the claim I noticed that they have my address as Durban, however the house is in Randburg, Gauteng. Despite several calls, I am still getting calls from the Durban office to send an assessor. I have been living in Randburg since 1995 and have not moved, the roof has now been leaking since 4th February 2022 and is now causing damage to ceilings. I find this response from ABSA to be unacceptable in all aspects.

14 Mar 2022, 12:33Thanks for your response, however, this is just one of several references I have received, telephonically and via SMS, but yet I am still being contacted via your Durban office, this should have been solved when the first response was given, and the roof continues to leak...
