Absa insurance worst company ever

So this is my issue absa insurance is the worst ever to deal with whenever it comes to claiming there is a issue but there is no issue in taking your money for premiums I am sitting with a burst geyser since 24/11/2022 up until now today the 29/11/2022 its not a urgent for anybody I will be taking this matter to ombudsman aswell I must phone around and waste .y airtime back and forth back and forth but I am the client your service is PATHETIC ABSA I need to change my insurance

So how long will this take as I recieved a email stating I must wait for a reply till the 5/12/2022 this is pathetic already 7 days almost without hot water
