ABSA Insurance will not cancel my Insurance

Cancel my car insurance cover immediate and refund my premium. I cancelled this policy on the 18/02/2025. I sent follow up emails and i tried phoning numerous times, but no luck. No one contacted me to confirm the policy was cancelled even after me sending over 30 emails to the activate admin. Never ever use ABSA insurance, they never answer their phones.
