absa insurance will just ***** your money

I sent multiple emails to activate by Absa and multiple phone calls to cancel my car insurance with Absa, but it's still not canceled since March of this year.

even my house insurance when you try to claim they send rejection letters as the items were not specified on the list but when I started with the insurance they only asked for as value not to list any items so they won't pay anything they will just take your money monthly and do nothing but send out rejection letters
