ABSA insurance third party

Absa insurance has rejected my third party claim. Their client who was paying for third party claim crashed into me and now my car is written off. They rejected the clients claim stating that she didn’t comply with policy conditions but what’s does that have to do with me as the third party?! Why not reject her claim and pay for my damages as the third party? I AM SO ANGRY AT ABSA IDRECT and feel that they **** people!

How am I as the third party not paid because of the insured lack of compliance? The insured crashed into my vehicle
