ABSA Insurance - The Worst Insurance company in WORLD!!!!!!!

The Worst Insurance company in WORLD!!!!!!! ABSA Insurance,

People who just don't give a flying dump about their clients, and best of all willing to take our money every month with the offer of NO SERVICE whatsoever!!!!!

I pay my bill every single month not late but on time every single month,

First Problem I logged a claim in October last year about my thatch roof, For them to come back to me 3 1/2 months later (Shocking)? 2 inspections later to tell us in a nutshell that it's our fault the roof is damaged, and they will not be helping us to fix it. (Please bear in mind we waited for 3 1/2 months to get told this after having heavy rain in 2022 and it is a thatch roof witch, we damaged ourselves according to them) Claims Number: ***

Second Problem

I logged a claim on 28 of November due to my Geyser not working, once again they sent out 2 companies to assess the problem, you won't believe it we still waiting ON a call back for the geyser after I spent 3 days calling and following up and expressing that I have to young children and no hot water! 12 Jan 2023 today, still no call to fix the geyser, wonder when they going to call back on this one!!!! Third Problem,

This morning 12 January 2023 our water pipe burst, So, I called in to speak to a manager, I got past round 3 times to 3 different people the last one said SORRY, THERE IN A MEETING I WILL GET THEM TO CALL YOU WHEN THERE AVAILABLE, I SENT AN EMAIL!!! WHAT THE HELL IS AN EMAIL GOING TO DO?

No one has called me back yet as I am not important enough, you just need my money monthly, don't you?

Now tell me ABSA, what great service you provided,
