Absa insurance refuse to cancel my policy

I am trying to cancel my Property Insurance with ABSA. I have received an email from your Vetting Offices saying my request for cancelation has been declined. I have the right I choose which company I want to insure with. I have the right to cancel if I am not satisfied with service. Reason quoted for decline of cancelation is Mortgagee Claim Clause not present in new Policy. What on God's green earth does that mean? Am I supposed to ask my new insurer to add a clause to their standard policy?
