Absa Insurance Policy ****

Hi,

I have been trying to communicate with Absa idirect insurance since the last 10 days and want to cancel my policy as I was given wrong information on the call when signing up. I am not in the country and have tried to reach them through email but haven’t been given any response back from the Absa insurance team. Very irresponsible and it becomes irritating to keep trying to reach them. Do not recommend their service to anyone.
