ABSA INSURANCE - PATHETIC NONSERVICE!!!!!!

I have never experienced such poor pathetic nonservice from an insurance company. I had hail damage to my property in November 2023 and my claim has still not been finalized. No communication, no follow up, I still haven't seen the quotes or value of the claim. Have emailed and phoned on numerous times and get promised that it will be sorted out but NOTHING HAPPENS!!!!!! Sent an email to the complaints department ***.,za on the 7th May, still waiting for a response!!!! I have been banking with ABSA my whole life, I have my bond and all my accounts with ABSA and the way I am being treated shows utter disrespect and disregard for me as a loyal customer.
