ABSA INSURANCE PATHETIC , INHUMANE, AND UNPROFFESSIONAL DODGES PAYING CLAIMS

ABSA Insurance is just a joke and a waste of time , i have offered them the chance to cancel my insurance officially still no one communicates with me, except the social media team which offers nothing more than a smoke screen its more than 2 weeks now i have no idea what is going on , they service is pathetic for the lack of a better word. They just good it taking premiums other than that they clueless, insensitive and pretty much brings stress to clients. Please just cancel my insurance policy not to be such big ****mers
