ABSA INSURANCE - One month old claim still unresolved

I have been paying ABSA insurance for years and this is my first claim after storm damage a month ago.In the 12 July. I am still waiting for the repair to take place. Part of my roof is lying on the ground and there is ore damage every time it rains . They just make excuses when I phone them DAILY for an update
