ABSA Insurance nightmare

Earlier I wrote a review about the ********** service I got from ABSA insurance. They even denied having authorized the repairs despite me giving them the claim number and the name of the contractor that did the repairs. The contractor actually damaged my tiles during the repairs and ABSA is refusing to fix this. Now that they don’t know the contractor, I don’t know if the repair work has any guarantee.
