ABSA insurance mokar panel beaters

So on the 6 of January 2023 my kar was towed in to Mokar panelbeaters after a accident. 4 Months later after almost 0 feedback during this time they have only fixed the visual damage but the engine goes untouched i have also been yelled at by Tommy Venter at a time when i tried following up and mentioned laywers. so i now have a new looking paperweight this service is pathetic and unacceptable I am moving my bank accounts/ insurance and everything i can away from absa as soon as i can I suggest someone contact me ASAP to find a solution to this MASSIVE MESS
