ABSA Insurance ****ming loyal customers

My mom has a disability cover with ABSA for the past 20+ years. Now that she has to claim disability insurance as she can’t work anymore, ABSA is giving her the run around. They’re saying she hasn’t submitted all the paperwork yet she has and has been following up for months now.

What kind of client gets assistance? Does one have to pay all these years only to be ****med by such a huge company? We’re very unhappy and concerned about this as she needs the payout to assist her. This is unacceptable and no client deserves such treatment! Bottom of the barrel kind of service I tell you!
