ABSA Insurance made my day
Called in to cancel my insurance, was put through to Lerato Molokoane, she explained in detail why my premiums went up. However, she did get me a 17% decrease, which is not much, but is much considering my profile with ABSA idirect. She is smooth and makes one feel important and comfortable talking to. Funny part is I called her Mbali and we all laughed it off and didn’t take offence. Great representation of ABSA Insurance overall.
