ABSA Insurance just don't care about your complained

On 16 November 2023, I contacted ABSA Insurance to report my Tracker that was not working, A staff (Npho) member locked the call, and up until today no one has contacted me, this is the third time that I have had this bad experience with ABSA Insurance. Why do you always have to make use of Hello Peter before you get someone to contact you?
