Absa insurance is useless

Absa idirect is the worst insurance one could ever use. I waited 3 weeks just to receive a non claim letter as I was initially claiming through a third party with budget insurance. Budget kept calling me requesting the letter in order for them to process my claim unfortunately I rejected their claim hoping to claim with my insurer Absa Idirect. Believe you me I re-opened my claim with ABSA IDIRECT from 5th of May but even today I haven't heard anything from them. I then called earlier last week just to find that the person responsible for my claim is not available but someone offered to assist in her absence and promise that I will hear from them in a day or 2 even today he hasn't said anything it's even more than a week now. I then decided to email the complaints department to complain but even today I haven't received anything from them they are as useless as their consultants.
