Absa insurance is hell

I have the car insurance with absa,now as from last year I have been trying 2get hold of them but no one picks up,very frustrating 😑 m wondering wht if I was in an accident?I have screenshots 2show how many times I called and had to wait until my airtime is up with no help,even today I tried but no luck it's soo annoying. I wl take my policy to where I wl b assisted. Absa insurance I direct is sooo ***********
