Absa insurance is disgustingly bad.

On the 9th I did put a claim for hospital plan and today is the 17th and no response. When I call them they say they will come back to me but today is the 8th day with no information. This is extremely bad service since I can’t get through the lines and the app I can’t view my policy. I can’t take a week to register a claim and no feedback to client to acknowledge the claim and what will happen. It is easy to collect double payment but difficult to pay.
