ABSA Insurance is absolutely a very bad insurer

still no feedback received since last week Tuesday, C-***2. I was promised feedback by the 31st of March 2025, absolutely no one has been in contact with me since i lodged my complaint last week Tuesday

Rezone sent the exact same response last week, tried calling the number that she provided, but no answer, they are responding in order for them not to look bad on Hellopeter.com, but this is a very bad insurance company
