ABSA Insurance is a waste of time
ABSA has done 100% nothing, zero, about a claim that I lodged last week. The promised assesor has not been in touch and their online and App facility is a complete waste of time. All that happens if you do attempt to use the App, is that you accidently lodge a new claim. I wish that I knew that ABSA was going to be this ******* before I got involved with them. I recently gave Fedhealth Medical Iad the boot for ******* service and gave my business to Discovery. I think I will do the same with ABSA if a contractor is not appointed to fix by the end of this week.
