ABSA INSURANCE IS A USELESS 3RD WORLD COMPANY
How long does it take for this company to review and provide outcome for claim for comprehensive claim. Two weeks tomorrow since submitting our claim. Nobody answers calls despite holding on for up to 30 minutes. When someone does answer she advises she's not in the claims dept but assisting with calls. Takes my details and tells me to hold, held for another 10 minutes and then hung up. Needless to say no further than I was 2 weeks ago.

26 Jul 2022, 15:50Basani you undertook to provide me with feedback today and I have not heard from you yet despite my emails. It is now 3 weeks since our claim was lodged and NOTHING IN RESPONSE FROM ABSA IDIRECT.
