Absa insurance is a nightmare and don't even think of joining it because I was in an accident on the 19th of December until now still no answers. I am still paying for the insurance and monthly installments.

I was in an accident on the 19th of December 2024 until now still no answers from the bank yet I am still paying for the insurance and monthly installments without skipping any single payments. My job is on the line because of the distance and the place I recently bought a house in and I am experiencing a BAD BAD service because I am black. With my payment record, I don't think I should be struggling like this but since I am black, I think that's the only reason why they are not paying attention to my concerns and my frustration. Perhaps they want to *******ly repossesse my vehicle but till now, they can't. I need my vehicle back as in yesterday.
