Absa Insurance *****ing money from my account

I was shopping for an Insurance online and Absa decided to start debiting my bank account without my authorisation . I did not sign any document neither have any documents from them indicating that I have engaged myself to their product. I have tried several times to stop them from debiting my account but of course it’s another way to make money and ***** money from peoples accounts ! Absa please bring back my money I have an insurance already and I don’t know why you continuing *****ing my hard earned money.
