ABSA INSURANCE IN ARREAS THAT I NEVER USED

I had a home loan with ABSA around 2***, the bank gave me insurance with the home loan. The bond was a joint bond, for me and my mother. Around 2*** my mother paid off the bond at Krugersdorp ABSA Branch, the was a lady there that was working there and she was assisting us. By the end of the process she told us that the bond is been closed and we asked about the insurance that we never used and she told us not to worry as it is going to me automatically close too. We left the bank, after some years because we have not been staying there and the home loan is no longer been deducted on my salary. So I contacted ABSA and complain about this insurance that is increasing on the debt that we have never use it and we are not staying there anymore. I didn't get assistant. The debt has increase to the fact that ABSA decide to put it as a loan now, which I don't understand. My mother as we are speaking she is sick with high blood pressure because of the stress from ABSA, because I left the house for her. How can the the insurance put a debt and increase it, what I know is, if they don't get money the policy lapsed. So what is wrong with the ABSA ONE. I call them this year 24-25 January I meet one RUDE AGENT CALL NEO, that girl is so rude. Then I was assisted by Riaan and he was so helpful. 0n the 23-02-2022 decide to call them as they have promised to resolved this matter and get to me, after 5 days. They are telling me they have send me an email and call me left a voice note for me. I don't listen to voice note. They want to come with another excuse again. The is no INSURANCE POLICY THAT ARREAR. THE POLICY NEED TO HAVE LAPSE SINCE THEY ARE NOT GETTING ANY MONEY, WHICH THEY WERE GETTING BEFORE THE HOUSE WAS PAID UP IN FULL. AM GOING TO TAKE THIS MATTER TO THE HIGHEST OR OMBUSMAN.
