ABSA Insurance / FOGI Plumbers

Don't ever use ABSA for anything. In my HOC policy it stipulates 24/7 emergency services for plumbing etc. I've registered my claim this morning and a service provider was allocated: FOGI. For the past 5 hours I've been trying to get hold of this service provider and or ABSA Insurance, with no luck. Most pathetic service ever!
