ABSA insurance failure to respond. Again!

I have tried for a month to get a response from ABSA to cancel my home owners insurance with them.. I have had two policies covering the same propert for over a year.

I have given proof to ABSA the same ABSA that failed to reply to the damage claim for 9 weeks at the beginning of this year and then responded after I came on Helllo Peter and declined the claim due to the fact after the worst storm in 70 years that damage was due to poor maintenance.

This appears to be ABSAs way.
