ABSA Insurance
Even after my complaint - I was shunned - dealing with 3 cases (ombudsman involved in 2) 1 closed by them due to ABSA noncompliance to decent reporting from their inspectors they use - everything gets lost in translation! it has now been 2 years (longer for the roof leaks) and still going with no response/conclusion whatsoever!
