ABSA insurance dishonesty
Most disgusting disingenuous company I have ever dealt with. They even submitted their irrelevant information in response to my complaint with the ombudsman They are totally dishonest and unreasonable. Do not touch this company.

16 Aug 2023, 19:13 This is one of the emails I received from ABSA:
"Thank you for raising your concern with us and allowing us the opportunity to investigate and resolve your case. I have received your case and giving it my full attention. For any future correspondence regarding your case, please quote the following reference number: (C-***1).
Our case handling procedure is as follows:
I do apologise for any inconvenience that may have been caused and would like to assure you that we will provide you with the best quality service at every step of the way.
If you would like to contact me, please feel free to give me a call on +***7 or reply to my email with the same subject line."
This is an email I received today:
"Your complaint reference C-***1 has now been closed. Please contact - ***"
Is this feedback at all acceptable?
My original complaint is completely valid as this is how I have been treated by ABSA

17 Aug 2023, 10:19What feedback!
I have received nothing from yourself other than an email to say that the case is closed.
Is this your idea of feedback?
At a minimum I expected a phone call to at least allow me to discuss the matter further.
It seems your idea of quality service differs vastly from mine.

17 Aug 2023, 13:44You are simply side stepping the issue and using another communication with the ombudsman as an excuse.
Kindly address the original issue relating to my original claim and your ridiculous rejection thereof based on spurious unrelated grounds.
