I recently app**** for insurance and the insurance was started with wrong information and when ABSA has to lower the cover amount, an *********** lady calls me to address the issue and but gives me the new amount without my consent and ABSA is telling me about a policy lapse with any consent, I think you company will lose a lot of new and old clients because of this behavior from your staff, I honestly think that you need to train them for ethical sales and to be considerate and not cost your company.
