Absa Insurance Company refuses to pay claim

I have home owners cover with Absa Insurance company and I claimed as the cupboards and tiles were broken. I had tenants in the property and I performed monthly inspections and everything was in order. When the tenants moved, the tiles and cupboards and stove was damaged. I provide a quote from a independent assessor but Absa still refused to pay. I lost two months rent and I did the repairs myself.
