Absa Insurance Company Limited - joke company

this must be the worst insurance company out there. log claim for damage.10 years no claims.. here nothing back from Absa Insurance Company Ltd. no email, no sms, no call .. i have to phone in to find whats happen with claim , to be told its rejected. WHERE IS THE COMMNACATION??? i disputed.. case is logged have case number told consultant will call. to this day still no call from Absa Insurance Company Ltd .. multiple calls in. now Absa Insurance Company Ltd say been escalated to manager to take over and deal with it, The manager will call you. still waiting for the manager to call.. this company is joke..
