Absa insurance company hired *****sters. How do they go through my bank account and debit without my consent 😡😡😡

Absa insurance company service it’s VERY VERY VERY VERY BAD. I’d actually rate it a zero if it was possible, because even that 1 star it’s a must so I can write a review. My car is financed by absa. So around May the insurance department called saying I qualify for 45% discount and I took the offer and policy was supposed to start in June. Few days after accepting the offer I was like “hai mahn, why such a huge discount, lemme check the reviews on the website” The reviews were very bad and I called immediately and cancelled. It was said it’s cancelled and I did not receive anything like an email or sms maybe to show that it was cancelled. Only to find out that they did not cancel, they only blocked the premium for few months. On the 1st of September I called asking them asking for a refund and to cancel that policy because they deducted and went through my bank account without my consent. And that’s actually *****. I was on a call for more than 15 minutes and being placed on hold for more 3 times. So I decided to dispute the debit order and blocked it. Now they are very fast to send me an email that I missed my premium payment and they will debit the amount with the next debit order. Which premium? So they will continue going through my bank account again without consent again? Sies🚮, that’s *****.
