Absa insurance claims not attended to

I have logged two claims in the beginning of November 2023 we are now currently sitting on the 24th of November2023.

No assessor has been out to assess either of these claims. My house in unsafe because my gate motor in one of the claims and my swimming pool in like a dam because the second claim was my swimming pool pump.

You are quick to take one's money but when it comes to actually providing the service we pay for you are useless and now where to be found. This is unacceptable!
