Absa insurance billed me without authorization and run around in refunds. Like a bull, Im seeing red

Absa insurance owes me insurance money for 3 months. It was never authorized and they keep postponing the date to deposit back my money. I've provided all proof they required and the only thing I want is my money back. They don't respond to emails. When I phone they say i shsould wait for 2 business days, then 5 business days, then 7 business days. I swear I'm moving my vehicle financing to a different bank after this stressful experience they're putting me through. There's no honesty in their dealings and I would caution anyone who wishes to put their trust with this red company. You will get stressed shem
