ABSA INSURANCE BAD SEVICE - A JOKE OF A SERVICE - At Absa, we are committed to giving you exceptional service"
WHAT A JOKE . BAD EXCUSE FOR AN INSURANCE PROVIDER.
I lodged a claim on the 11th June 2020 with ABSA insurance for storm damaged to my house. They sent their contractor to do an assessment on the 12th June 2020. ever since then ABSA cannot give me any answers , The only update i get everyday, twice a day for days is ""Thank you for your request. Your Case has been forwarded to a consultant who will provide feedback as soon as possible. ""
Is their slogan a joke "At Absa, we are committed to giving you exceptional service"
How can ABSA give you an exceptional service if there isn't a service at all.
