Absa Insurance bad insurance company

I am very disappointed with absa insurance. I logged a claim on the 14th of November 2024 i got a call on the 27th November to say claim is approved my car is then taken to their panel beater. I call the panel to check when my car will be ready they then tell me insurance gave them authorization to fix the less damaged side that has minor scratches. And not the side with a huge damage. I call them to find out whats happening. I hold until I run out of airtime. I finally get through to them they tell me there is actually two claims and one claim there is outstanding third party information which i provided when logging the claim and if i didnt call no one was going to tell me this I was going to sit and think my car is being fixed.
